if iam, how do i get over that ?What do you do if the misfortunes of your life have caused you to become institutionalised ?
don't think for a moment mental health workers will make you better, they will fill your body with anti-depressants and say yes we understand. no one ever gets better or cured in their hands.

use logic to get out of your mental problems. stop feeling sorry for yourself for a start. What do you do if the misfortunes of your life have caused you to become institutionalised ?
First thing you need is the decision and desire to change things in your life. Since it sounds like you have this, the next thing you need are the skills.

The best way I know to Clear up your past and Move forward in your life is through hypnosis. Self-hypnosis offers tools which can help you to boost your self esteem, disempower your more traumatic memories and forgive the people and situations that caused you to reach the state you are in.

All of those things are important if you want to move on.
You have to completely change the fundamentals of your life, how you exist I mean, what you do each day and why. Change the things that are holding you down.
